The Brief
Our clients wanted to create a modern new build home with large open plan spaces ideal for family living. To take advantage of the beautiful plot we also wanted to incorporate an aspect of indoor/outdoor living by using large windows and sliding doors throughout the development.
The solution
We worked closely with our clients to produce an exquisite, high quality detached residence, which was completed in 2020. The property provides beautifully proportioned accommodation, standing in impressively landscaped grounds.
The main house comprises of a grand reception hallway, fully fitted boot room, WC, substantial family/dining/kitchen. There are four sets of sliding doors opening at a flush level to the South facing garden terrace, and double doors to a main drawing room with two further sets of sliding doors opening at a flush level to its own outer terrace.
The coach house is linked to the house and has a ground floor side hallway with separate staircase to a first floor domestic office suite with kitchenette and wc. There is also an self contained guest annex over the garaging within the coach house comprising of a living kitchen, bedroom and shower room.
