The Brief
Two new build commercial units were required for Greenfield industrial estate. The units needed to maximise space and flexibility.
The solution
TWA needed to not only maximise the inside space but also leave enough room in the plot for parking. To ensure that all the space in the units was practical and functional we added in a first floor that can be used for office space or storage depending upon the needs of the business.
